Born from the founder’s own experience with stress and anxiety, the Stress Less Club runs wellbeing events designed to help you:
- Feel calmer in your body using yoga as a tool to manage stress and slow the mind
- Understand the impact of stress on the body and mind
- Normalise conversations around mental health
- Make small, realistic changes to support both individual and team wellbeing
Your ticket includes a 60-minute accessible yoga session (no experience needed), designed for desk-based professionals to:
- Release tension in the shoulders, neck, and back
- Calm the nervous system and help reduce stress
- Switch off and unwind after a busy day
A practical session covering:
- The story behind the Stress Less Club
- The science of stress and its impact on the body and mind
- How yoga and breathwork can support stress regulation
Whether you’re coming alone or as part of a team, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Our events are about connection, community, and creating a little more ease — no pressure, no expectations, and no need to have done yoga before.
The bar and kitchen will be open from 5pm until 8pm, with food and drinks available to purchase throughout the evening incase you’d like to stay and connect after the session.
