City of Rome - Housing Essentials for Landlords

Become a successful landlord with a training from local officials, landlord attorneys, and prominent housing experts.

CNY Fair Housing, in collaboration with the City of Rome, invite you to join us for a half-day landlord training, where you will gain valuable insight from expert guest speakers from the following agencies:

• Greg Shaver – Deputy Director, City of Rome Code Enforcement
• Joseph G. Guiliano, City of Rome Commissioner of Public Works
• Rose Grover – Program Manager, Lead-Free & Healthy Homes Mohawk Valley
• Nancy Zappone - Program Coordinator, Lead-Free & Healthy Homes Mohawk Valley
• Jennifer Perry – Marketing & Communications Manager, Lead-Free & Healthy Homes Mohawk Valley
• Noreen Hartung – Housing Director, Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency - Weatherization
• Thomas Morosco – Regional Managing Attorney, Legal Services of CNY
• Sally Santangelo – Executive Director, CNY Fair Housing

The event will take place in Room PC120 at Mohawk Valley Community College, 1101 Floyd Avenue, Rome, NY, 13440.
