About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the burner.About this Dish: Simple and flavorful, Pasta all'Amatriciana is named for the small town of Amatrice, located about an hour northeast of Rome. Like many other Roman classics, this sauce is a simple but perfect balance of spicy chili, sharp Pecorino Romano cheese, sweet-tart tomato sauce, and rich guanciale, or cured pork jowl. In this class, you’ll make the sauce from scratch.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Pasta all' Amatriciana</li><li>Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta all' Amatriciana</li><li>Make your own Amatriciana sauce</li><li>Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as your own finished Pasta all' Amatriciana</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control.
