About this Class: It’s time to dive right In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!About this Dish: While thought to be a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisù only dates back to the 1960’s. Espresso-soaked ladyfingers are layered with sweet mascarpone cream and then dusted with cocoa powder. In this class, you’ll assemble the Tiramisù from prepared ingredients.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Tiramisù</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Tiramisù</li></ul><ul><li>Make your own Tiramisù</li></ul><ul><li>Enjoy a menu featuring a welcome wine, and Tiramisù prepared by our Chef</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend.If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies.Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
