Don't miss For Want of a Horse — World Premiere!
A play, 10 years in the making, recognized by Lark Play Development Center in NYC is finally making its theatrical debut in Atwater Village.
Echo Theater Company presents the World Premiere of "For Want of a Horse"—an award-winning script brought to life by acclaimed trans playwright Olivia Dufault and director Elana Luo. Featuring cast with credits from Desperate Housewives, NCIS, Parks & Rec., The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and more.
"For Want of a Horse" is inspired by a real New York Magazine interview on "Strange Love," examining the complex story around a married couple's polyamorous relationship with a horse. It's oddly funny, yet deeply human. You'll be in for a good laugh and a few tears.
