﻿O,Miamicelebrates South Florida through the empathy-building power of poetry.  Throughout the year, we teach poetry in schools, host a month-long festival, and publish poems in books and unexpected places like rooftops, billboards, and fences using a process called Civic Publishing. Our work is an act of love for this city, inviting residents to share their stories and write a new one together. With principal funding provided by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the goal of the annual O, Miami Poetry Festival is for every single person in Miami-Dade County to encounter a poem!

Join O, Miami at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden for an evening of foraged light bites and beverages celebrating the release of Forager: A Subjective Guide to Miami's Edible Plants, Revised and Expanded Second Edition by Tiffany Noé, George Echeverria, and Nick Vagnoni.
