What are the sale hours?

Event hours are Thursday – Saturday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Entry is available only at your scheduled session time.

What is the cost of a ticket to attend the event?

Thursday and Friday Premier tickets are $20. Saturday and Sunday General Admission tickets are $15. Tax and service fees apply.

All tickets are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable between session dates and times.

Yes. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of your registration from Eventbrite. If you can’t locate your ticket, we recommend checking your spam folder.

Do I need to bring my ID to the event?

When paying with a debit or credit card, you must provide a photo ID that matches the name on the card.

Can I transfer my ticket to a new ticket holder?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can initiate a ticket transfer on the Eventbrite website. Please note, transfers are limited to one transfer per ticket.

Can I purchase multiple tickets for a shopping session?

Yes. You can purchase up to two (2) tickets for any shopping session. Ticket holders who attempt to purchase more than two (2) tickets for a single session may have their tickets in excess of two canceled and refunded.

Are tickets purchased on social media guaranteed authenticity?

No. Le Creuset only guarantees the authenticity of tickets purchased through our website or via our preferred ticketing partner Eventbrite.

I have lost my ticket. Is it possible to get it replaced?

Yes, please contact Consumer Services at www.lecreuset.com/factory-to-table-inquiry.html or call 877-273-8738  and provide the name or email the ticket was purchased under. A replacement ticket will be emailed to the address on file, and any original tickets will be canceled.

Is there a queue to purchase tickets?

Yes. Our ticketing site uses a waiting room to keep things running smoothly at 1,000 concurrent ticket buyers. This helps manage the flow and prevents the site from crashing.

Will I know what place I am in line to purchase tickets?

No, you will not know your exact place in line. Ticket buyers are placed in line in the order they enter the waiting room, when the site goes live. You will automatically enter the checkout flow once it is your turn.

I am running late for my shopping session. Can I get in when I arrive?

Yes, if you enter before your the designated end time of your ticketed shopping session. At the end of your shopping session, we kindly ask that all guests exit the building so we can prepare for the next group. If you arrive after your session time, admission is not guaranteed.

What is the ticket price for children?

Children and young adults under 18 get in free with a ticketed adult. A child or young adult does not qualify to receive a Surprise Gift.

Tickets are protected in your cart for five (5) minutes. If you do not complete your transaction within the allotted time, the tickets in your cart will become available to other consumers.
