This class is a high-intensity, low- to no-impact, diastasis- and pelvic floor-aware workout designed to support your needs.

The class itself is a high-intensity, low-impact, pelvic floor–aware workout that combines breathwork, strength, cardio, and Pilates-based core work. It’s designed to support you whether you’re preparing for labor or rebuilding after birth — with options to meet you where you are.

After class, we’ll keep things simple with a few minutes to stay, have a snack, and connect.
