There are no refunds. However, if there are necessary cancelations due to situations beyond our control, you will be contacted by email and given a full refund.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF I HAVE ANY LINK UP DATES?

For those who receive matches, you can expect an email within 24 hours after the event concludes, providing you with your 'Date-Buddy's' first name and email address. Likewise, your 'Date-Buddy' will be informed of your name and email as well.
