Is this workshop live or recorded?

Every session is live. Recordings are made available to registered attendees for 7 days after the event. If you miss the live session, you will still receive the recording and the post-event resources.

Is this for people who have already decided to leave, or people who are still deciding?

Both. The framework works whether you're at a 3 on the signals scale or a 9. The goal is not to push you toward leaving — it's to help you make an intentional decision, whatever that decision turns out to be.

Is this specifically for federal employees?

Accepted Answer

The framework applies to anyone at a career crossroads. That said, given the current federal landscape, a significant portion of participants are federal employees or recent federal alumni. Brandi speaks directly to that context throughout the workshop.

What is the Stay or Go Clarity Session mentioned in the description?

Accepted Answer

The Clarity Session is a 60-minute 1:1 session with Brandi where you work through your specific decision, financial picture, and action plan together. It is offered at a discounted rate exclusively to workshop attendees during a 48-hour post-event window. It is not listed publicly and is not available after that window closes.

I purchased a VIP ticket. When does my workbook arrive?

Within 24 hours of your purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If it still hasn't arrived 24 hours before the event, email b@operationgrowth.com.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can't attend?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the event. Contact b@operationgrowth.com with the name and email of the person taking your spot.

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 30+ days out: full refund or transfer. 15–30 days: 50% refund or full credit. Under 15 days: credit only, no refund. Day of event: no refund or credit. Tickets are transferable. If OGI cancels, full refund issued. Questions: b@operationgrowth.com

Do I need to have done anything before attending?

Nothing is required. Optionally, taking the free assessment at v2kd7b0s4x9.typeform.com/to/IZ9Xf4bq before the workshop means you arrive already knowing your score, which makes the live assessment portion faster. VIP attendees will have the workbook to review beforehand as well.

Will this be offered again?

Yes. The Stay or Go Workshop runs quarterly and is also available as an in-person corporate session. If you can't make this date, register for the mailing list at brandirichardthompson.com to be notified of future sessions.
