Welcome to J. Blade Ranch Eastside Screen on the Green Movie Night! Join us for a fun evening under the stars at J. Blade Ranch. Grab your blankets and lawn chairs for a cozy movie night experience. Our outdoor screen will showcase a classic film that everyone will enjoy. There will be vendors with snacks, drinks and more to make the night complete. This event is perfect for families, friends, and movie lovers alike. Come secure a good spot and enjoy the pre-movie horseback riding atmosphere. We can't wait to see you there!

VENDOR INFORMATION:

Event Date: Saturday, June 13th

Event Time: 7:00pm-11:00 pm

Location: J. Blade Ranch 651 Ward Road Ellenwood, GA 30294

VENDOR FEES:

Non-Food Vendor: $50/event

Food Vendor: $100/event

VENDOR SPACES:

-Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and displays unless arranged otherwise.

-Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval and payment.

VENDOR ENTRANCE:

- Vendors are asked to arrive between the times of 5:30pm-6:00 pm. All vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before opening.

-Breakdown must be completed by 11:00pm.

- Vendor passes include one (1) additional pass for an assistant/partner

-In case of severe weather, a reschedule date will be determined.

- Registration for this event confirms that the vendor will be in attendance to this event within the required set-up time.

- There will be no refunds submitted to vendors in the event of cancellation at the fault of the vendor. It is expected that registered vendors attend the event to assist in the success of the event.
