Wine, Explained: A Guided Tasting with Demby's Supper Club

We all love a good wine night, but when it’s time to order at the bar, most of us end up guessing at what to order. This intimate tasting is designed to make wine feel more approachable, more understandable, and a lot more fun.

Together, we’ll taste a selection of wines from the Liz’s Book Bar list and break them down in a way that actually makes sense, focusing on how to identify what you like instead of memorizing rules. Whether you’re new to wine or just want to feel more confident ordering, this night is for you.

The tasting will be led by head bartender Mike from Cafe Spaghetti, with a conversational and no pressure approach to learning wine.

Expect a relaxed, social atmosphere where you can meet new people, ask questions, and enjoy great wine without it feeling like a class.
