In this class, you will learn the art of pierogi making from start to finish. Each student will prepare, make and package 2 dozen pierogi.

In this class you will learn how to make pierogi from start to finish: dough making, filling making, pinching, boiling and packaging!
We will make two dozen pierogi using two different fillings, farmer's cheese and your own custom potato and cheese blend. We'll troubleshoot common issues with pierogi production and go over the rules for food safety, pinching and crimping, boiling and packaging.
This class is for intermediate to advanced culinary explorers.
Lunch will be available for purchase on Saturday Classes.
