There are aspects of the self quietly operating in the background—fragmented impulses, insights, and internal dynamics that can keep us from living from our innate wholeness and awareness.Join Shiloh Sophia for this 2-hour guided group healing ritual, where she shares the philosophy of the 5 Spheres of SELF: a framework that reveals how these inner selves are operating, often unconsciously, shaping the way we think, feel, and move through the world. In addition, these selves are also impacting every single relationship with other people in your life.This body of work has previously only been taught within certification curriculum, offering a rare opportunity to explore how to make these patterns conscious, move them into action, and begin living from a deeper sense of your most innate sovereign self.This is a group healing experience, because when we are together, we create a quantum field that amplifies the potential for healing. This is different than doing this level of work on your own. The presence of others contributes to an optimal field condition, allowing us to move stuck energy and break through to a greater sense of freedom. Who is this For?This ritual is for those who feel called to explore themselves more deeply—to move beyond habitual or inherited ways of being, and to return to a more aware, integrated, and self-led experience of life.
