Join us on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 for the Central New Jersey edition of The Fulton Forum: Opening Doors for Agents and Their Clients, a professional development and networking event presented by Fulton Mortgage Company, a division of Fulton Bank.
Taking place from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at The Boathouse at Mercer Lake, located at 334 S Post Road, West Windsor Township, NJ 08550, this event welcomes real estate agents and industry professionals from across Central New Jersey and the surrounding region for an afternoon built around education, connection, and business growth.
Set at one of Mercer County’s standout waterfront venues, The Boathouse at Mercer Lake provides a scenic setting for real estate professionals to step away from the day-to-day, build new relationships, and gain practical ideas they can bring back to their business. Guests will enjoy a vendor expo, networking lunch, dynamic Fulton Forum panel discussion, keynote presentation, and more.
Come hungry! Guests will enjoy a delicious picnic-style lunch buffet featuring fresh salad, baked bread and butter, hamburgers and hot dogs with fresh rolls and condiments, Jersey corn on the cob, pasta salad, BBQ grilled chicken, fresh baked cookies and brownies, soft drinks, coffee, decaf, gourmet hot teas, and more.
The keynote speaker is Adam Boxman, presenting “The Epic Client Machine: Turn Chaos Into Consistency.” Adam is an agent, coach, and speaker with over two decades in real estate and more than 500 families represented. Known for his Epic Homebuyer Experience™, Adam has built a business where 90% of his production comes from repeat business and past client referrals.
His session will help agents understand how to create a more consistent, structured, and rewarding client experience without adding more chaos to their business. Attendees will learn why a well-managed CRM is the foundation for stronger relationships and future business, how to approach buyer consultations and listing presentations with more intention, and why the client experience itself is what drives repeat business, referrals, and long-term success.
The program will also include a Fulton Forum panel discussion featuring timely insight and real-world perspective from professionals across the real estate, mortgage, and service provider space. The conversation is designed to help agents better serve their clients, navigate today’s market, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Whether you are a seasoned agent, newer to the industry, or a trusted service provider looking to build stronger relationships with real estate professionals, The Fulton Forum offers a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and leave with ideas you can put to work right away.
Registration is free. Optional donations will benefit Visions and Pathways, a New Jersey nonprofit dedicated to helping abused, neglected, homeless, and vulnerable youth through housing, stability, outreach, and supportive services that guide young people toward self-sufficiency.
