KIN+INK (KIN Community Writing Club)
Looking for all aspiring writers!! We are so excited to announce our very first writing club as part of our KIN Community clubs.
Introducing… KIN+INK, our new KIN Community writing club!
A relaxed space for anyone looking to develop their writing, try something new, or connect with others who enjoy writing. Hosted by Amira & George, our incredible St Davids team.
Amira Hayat is a poet, activist, writer and aspiring journalist. She works closely with communities to share stories, spark change, and create platforms that connect people through lived experience.
George is a screenwriter telling stories that blend genre with themes of identity, myth, and belief. He began with poetry and music before moving into film, and has since developed short films, TV pilots, and feature scripts, refining his process through hands-on experience and collaboration.
Our first writing club is on 28th April, at KIN+ILK, St Davids, from 8–9pm. This is a free, ongoing event. Happening on the last Tuesday of every month, each session will be relaxed and welcoming, with prompts, exercises, time to write, and space to share and connect.
Feel free to bring your own writing or books (optional!).
