We do this all in the safety of community with facilitators who are trained in spiritual care and well-being. This event includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 9:30 am.
