Join us for an unforgettable evening of pasta making, Italian-style! In this hands-on class, you'll craft two traditional pasta doughs: one in the Southern Italian style made with durum wheat, and the other in a Northern style with grano tenero flour and eggs. You'll learn the unique techniques behind each and finish the night by enjoying your creations with your choice of one of our house-made sauces.Included with your ticket:<ul><li>A guided pasta-making experience from start to finish</li><li>Chef’s choice aperitivo</li><li>A glass of wine (21+ only) or soft drink</li><li>Plenty of flour, fun, and Italian hospitality</li></ul>Class runs from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM — perfect for a date night, a solo food adventure, or an outing with friends. No experience necessary—just come hungry to learn (and eat)!Request/Dresscode, Please refrain from wearing nightwear, short, or bracelets. Close shoes and long pants are recommended.
