Day one of Newport Beach Wine & Spirits Festival at Balboa Bay Resort begins with an elevated evening of wine and cuisine at the JUSTIN Wine Dinner. Enjoy an exquisite four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Diego Bernal and the culinary team, thoughtfully paired with wines and guided by Certified Sommelier and Director of Education for JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Jason Santos.

Founded in Paso Robles, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is celebrated for its Bordeaux-style blends and commitment to crafting balanced, expressive wines that showcase California’s Central Coast. Each course will be paired to highlight the depth and character of these standout selections, creating a guided tasting experience throughout the evening.

This event is part of the Newport Beach Wine & Spirits Festival weekend taking place at Balboa Bay Resort. Tickets for the Grand Tasting and the "Blanc on the Bay" White Party are sold separately.
