Introduction to Kundalini Yoga + 4 Pillars of Alzheimer's Prevention

Join Miriam for a special 3-hour workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, brain health, and healthy aging. This experiential workshop will begin with a Kundalini Yoga Kriya to help calm the body, balance the nervous system, and create space for deeper awareness. Participants will also be introduced to and guided through Kirtan Kriya, a powerful 12-minute meditation practice that has been studied for its benefits in improving sleep, reducing stress, supporting memory, and promoting overall cognitive wellness.

The workshop will also explore the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention, offering practical, research-based insight into lifestyle habits that support long-term brain health. Miriam will close with Q&A, giving participants time to reflect, ask questions, and better understand how these tools can be integrated into daily life.


Miriam is a Corporate Learning Professional with over 25 years of experience developing and facilitating learning programs around the world. A KRI-certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga instructor since 2015 and Level 2 practitioner since 2021, she has taught Kundalini yoga extensively and currently supports Kundalini Teacher Training in Miami. She is also a Brain Longevity Training Specialist with the Alzheimer’s Prevention Foundation, and her teaching is shaped by additional studies in Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Ayurveda, and Reiki Level 1.

Rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience, Miriam creates a welcoming space where students of all levels can explore breathwork, mantra, meditation, and movement. As a former primary caregiver for her mother, who lived with Alzheimer’s disease for over 7 years, she brings deep compassion and heartfelt purpose to this work.
