Please join us for a special one-hour live meditation event, a serene space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. Guided by Cristof Ensslin of Project Mindful Money, this morning gathering is designed to gently transition you from the busyness of life into a state of relaxed, mindful awareness, so you can make better decisions with money and life throughout your day and week.

We will meditate for about 30 minutes, focusing on the foundational pillars of mindfulness: anchoring in the breath and body awareness, cultivating a quiet mind, and fostering loving-kindness, gratitude, and forgiveness towards ourselves and others. This will be followed by a live Q&A, where you can ask questions, share insights, and explore the practice of integration with Cristof in a supportive setting.
