Join Nora of 351 Cakes for a special Mother’s Day edition cake decorating class at HudCo. This fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly workshop is perfect for all skill levels (no piping experience needed)!

This experience is open to everyone whether you're coming with your mom, your kids, a friend, or simply treating yourself to a creative morning out.

Nora will kick things off with a quick demo full of pro tips, then it’s your turn to get creative and design your own sweet masterpiece.

For the Littles
This class is great for kids ages 7 and up. Nora will provide plain cupcakes for snacking so little ones can enjoy a treat while decorating and save their masterpiece for later.

Hosted during HudCo’s open Saturday hours alongside Boxing Day Cafe and Picture Book! So you can sip coffee, browse books, and make a full morning of it.

What’s Included (aka: the sweet stuff)

• A 5-inch cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream
• A dreamy buttercream palette (3–4 colors, piping bags + tips included)
• Access to a sprinkle bar to make your cake pop
• All tools and materials needed for decorating
• A cake box to take home your creation

Meet Nora
Nora is a passionate pastry chef who believes every dessert tells a story. Inspired by baking alongside her mother and grandmother, she pursued her dream at the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating, she trained with top pastry chefs before launching her own business, 351 Cakes, in 2021.

From delicate pastries to multi-tiered celebration cakes, Nora creates each piece with care using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. For her, baking is about bringing people together and celebrating life’s sweetest moments.
