About your guides:

Dev Whittaker is certified in contrast therapy,(alternating between hot/cold) is a breath therapist in training, and is certified in nutrition.

She is also the co-owner & founder of DBTB Juice Bar & Bakery.

"At DBTB, everything is sourced with integrity — 100% organic flour, local organic farms, no seed oils, no preservatives, no toxic cookware — just clean, nourishing food with the future of our community at heart."

Dev’s journey into wellness began after her mother’s terminal cancer diagnosis. Through juicing, nutrition, and lifestyle shifts, her mother entered remission — sparking Dev’s mission to educate and heal through food, breath, and community.

Over the last 3 years, Dev has:

  • Hosted wellness workshops, ice baths & breath sessions
  • Led kids’ camps & after-school wellness programs
  • Catered retreats & created healing food experiences
  • Built DBTB Juice Bar & Bakery with a vision of nourishing meals, toxin-free cooking, and community education

Jessica (Jess) Tuttle of The Poetic Body guides women back home to their feminine sensuality through education, embodiment, and empowerment practices. She has faciliated workshops for women with an emphasis on the pelvic bowl and sensuality since returning from her month long sabbatical at the Esalen institute in 2016. Her most recent offerings include monthly workshops (like this one!) to build a sense of community and camraderie with the women in her circle as well as 1:1 and group offerings of her signature three month program "Sensual & Sovereign". She believes that women are more powerful because of, not in spite of, their feminine sensuality and she sheds light on the areas that you may have blocked yourself from receiving your feminine gifts and gives you the tools and practices to reawaken them for a life lived with passion, presence, and poise. "May you move through life as poetry in motion—audacious & authentically, you."

Jessica's trainings/certifications:

  • Physical Therapist Assistant (19 years)
  • Yoga teacher with 2000+ hours of training (10 years)
  • Primal Vinyasa Certified (7 years)
  • Primal Medicine Mastery Trained (3 years)
  • CPR/BLS certified
