Executive Chef Joe Paxton brings his culinary training and deep appreciation for coastal Southern cuisine to the communal table with a traditional Low Country Shrimp Boil—a festive, hands-on meal rooted in the coastal regions of South Carolina and Georgia, known as the Low Country. This vibrant spread of shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes is simmered together with bold seasoning and served family-style in the spirit of community and connection.
The event includes live entertainment, a full cash bar and a can't miss dessert - all of it set against the backdrop of breathtaking views of Lake St. Clair.
It’s the perfect way to ease into the season—great food, good company, and the unmistakable energy of a summer night on the lake.

Rooted in the coastal traditions of the South, a Low Country Shrimp Boil is a celebration of community: shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes are boiled together, seasoned boldly, and served in generous portions—family-style, no formality required.
It's casual. It's social. It's meant to bring people together over great food, good conversation, and a few unexpected laughs. Whether you're catching up with old friends or meeting new ones across the table, a shrimp boil is all about togetherness, abundance, and fun.
