Join us at Bhakti Studio on May 31st and July 26th for an immersive 60-75 minute Reiki-Infused sound journey hosted by Freqs of Love as a part of the Frequency Reset series. Go beyond meditation and receive a deep-tissue massage for your mind. Enjoy a curated selection of over 25 instruments, including crystal alchemy singing bowls, deep resonance gongs, chimes, drums, and other high-vibrational instruments within a sonic environment that allows you to get out of survival mode and into a state of rest and recalibration.

In this space, the frequencies do the work for you. Whether you are looking to release the stress of the week, deepen your meditation practice, or simply find a moment of stillness, this Freqs of Love sound bath experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Yoga mats, blankets, and water provided. Feel free to bring an extra pillow, bolster, or other support that will help you settle in and feel the most cozy.
