This is a weekly recurring group held on Mondays from 7:00pm-8:30Pm EST

Is this a one time session or ongoing?

This is an ongoing weekly healing group. You can join and continue based on your need, but consistency is encourage for deeper healing.

How man women will be in the group?

The group is limited to 8 women to keep the space intimate, safe, and impactful.

What happen after I register?

A confirmation email, a link to complete a brief intake survey, a zoom link sent prior to your schedule session.

What can I expect in each session?

Each session is intentionally designed to support your healing through:opening grounding and ritual, libation and ancestral acknowledgement  (culturally rooted practice), Guided reflection and emotional exploration. Grounding/integration closing.
