Through breath work and sound healing, we facilitate a transformative healing experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while helping you focus on gratitude, peace and love. We do this all in the safety of community with facilitators who are trained in spiritual care and well-being. Our Black Healing Space offers a unique opportunity to connect with others in our community who are on their self-love journey, share experiences, and nurture your own well-being.

Black Healing Session
This is the main event which includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 10:00 am.
