Surround yourself with the beauty and sounds of nature in this hour long morning Yoga Class hosted in five-acres of botanical gardens!Ease into your Sunday with the gently grounding, slow flow yoga class designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. We’ll move mindfully through a series of accessible postures, linking breath with movement to create space and release tension. No experience necessary, this class is perfect for all levels and offers a nurturing pace to reset, restore and prepare for the week ahead. Expect deep stretches, conscious breathing and a peaceful vibe to start your day with intention.Please bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath, a water bottle and your sense of adventure!
