Yourself, comfortable clothes with layers for warmth, or coolness, shoes good for walking in grass or along a forest path, optionally a yoga mat.

I have food sensitivities.  What will be served

Accepted Answer

Food served will be gluten free, and dairy free.  For lunch Camp Cedar Ridge will serve us Buddha Bowls that they say are flexible enough to accommodate a variety of dietary concerns.  If you have strict limitations, please bring the food that will fortify you, and keep your body feeling good.

What if I book and can't make it?

Accepted Answer

Our lives are busy, and it becomes scary to commit when you aren't sure.  Here is a refund schedule:  Until May 1st: Full refund minus the fee Eventbrite charges ($12).  May 2 - May 8: you may get a 50% refund.  After May 8th - No Refund.
