Meet Your Guide: Kasey

I'm Kasey, a Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner and Reiki Master who knows exactly what it feels like to be trapped in patterns that keep you small.

For years, I was stuck seeking external validation, falling into the same relationship patterns with different faces. Talk therapy and EMDR gave me insights, but I knew something deeper was waiting to be unlocked.

That's when I discovered Holotropic Breathwork. My first session was life-changing - trembling and tears gave way to clarity and peace that I'd never experienced. I knew immediately this gift had to be shared.

As I dove deeper into energy healing and became a Reiki Master, something magical happened. I began developing psychic mediumship and clairvoyant abilities that allow me to see exactly where you are in your healing journey and where you're headed.

I don't just facilitate breathwork - I hold space for your complete transformation, helping you unlock your potential and free your body from stored pain so you can live authentically and abundantly.
