Join us for a laid-back night of bourbon, good company, and bold flavors at our Wood & Whiskey Tasting Experience. This isn’t your typical bourbon event—we’re diving into how different wood contact methods shape what’s in your glass.

You’ll get to try a variety of bourbons and we’ll chat about how the wood barrels used in production bring out flavors like vanilla, caramel, spice, and smoke—without getting too technical. Featured spirits will be Redwood Empire Pipe Dream, 2XO American Oak, 2XO French Oak and Rabbit Hole Dareringer. We will cap off the night with a smoke infused bourbon cocktail.

To complement the experience, enjoy a hearty assortment of smoked meats, wings, prime rib sliders, cheeses and other savory bites designed to pair perfectly with each pour. And if you’re in the mood to fully lean into the vibe, there will also be an option to relax with a cigar while you sip.
