Overview

A quiet, guided evening of mindful creativity with clay and wine. No art skills needed. Just two hours that are entirely, completely yours.

"Come Back to Yourself: A Mindful Clay and Wine Evening" is a quiet, guided 2-hour experience in a beautiful wine cellar room. You will arrive with a full head and leave with still hands, a calmer mind and something beautiful you made yourself.

WHAT'S INCLUDED in the ticket price:

  • All High quality and Natural Pottery materials + bring home your creation
  • 1 Glass of Wine or a drink of your choice
  • 2h of Guided Pottery Experience

WHAT TO EXPECT: We begin with a short breathing practice to help you feel present and let the day go. Then we move into mindfulness with natural clay. With a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic drink of your choice in hand, you will shape a small handmade piece guided by simple templates and inspiration cards, including natural elements such as flowers.

No art skills needed, no experience required. Just your hands, the clay, a glass of wine and the quiet focus that comes when you make something real. The pace is slow. The atmosphere is calm. People tend to go quiet in the best possible way and then open up because of the small group setting. Something about making together with your hands lowers the walls. The connections that form in the room tend to surprise people most. Not an art class. Not a wellness lecture. Just you, your hands and the present moment.

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE- maximum 15 seats.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US: Previous guests have described it as: "extremely relaxing & recharging at the same time" "like going back to my creative child," and "the first time in months I lost track of time."

ABOUT THE HOST: Guided by Federica Perri, mum, women in tech and Founder of Handmade Ikigai. After feeling burnt out despite a successful career at Meta and Google, she found her reset in making things with her hands. She built Handmade Ikigai so that she could help others find that same stillness. Her Mindful Creativity framework has been presented at Stanford and every experience is approved by certified art therapist.
