Where does the money go to?

This is a fundraiser for the Police Union/Association. Both organizations donate money back to the community including the Robert Holcomb Scholarship, Plainville Little League, and many other charities.

Will I get wings if I don't arrive right at 5pm?

Each ticketed person will receive tickets for one set of wings (1-3 wings) from each restaurant and one ticket for each dessert location. This is NOT an all you can eat event. Due to the limited amount of wings available, ticket sales will be stopped at a pre-determined number.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

If all the tickets allotted are presold, there will be no ticket sales at the door.  So be sure to pre-purchase your tickets to guarantee your entry. If all tickets are not pre-sold, remaining tickets will be sold at the door.

Will there be music?

We will have two DJs for this event: One inside and one outside, playing music and making announcements.

Should I bring Cash?

Yes. Raffle prizes, t-shirts and other items are for sale as cash only. You can purchase your tickets through Eventbrite with a credit card, but everything else is cash.

What time does the raffle start?

We plan to start the raffle at about 7PM. We will have some great raffle prizes including gift cards to local restaurants and various merchandise items.

Question 9

What's the latest I can arrive to the event and still get wings?

We recommend you arrive before 7PM. The event will end at 8PM.

Where can I buy my tickets for the event?

Accepted Answer

Tickets for the Wing Ding are only being sold on this Eventbrite page.  NO tickets will be available at the police department or anywhere else. If tickets remain to be sold at the door, they will still be purchased through Eventbrite at the door. So buy your tickets in advance!

Is there a veteran's, senior or kids discount?

Due to logistics for this year's event, we decided to set one price for all tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any discounts.  After all, this is a fundraiser!
