Come join us at GRT Hot Glass Studios for a fun and hands-on experience creating your very own blown glass bubble bowl! Our skilled instructors will guide you through the process, from gathering molten glass to shaping and blowing your unique bowl. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn about the art of glassblowing and unleash your creativity. No experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to craft something beautiful!

In this workshop our instructor will guide you through studio basics and safety instruction, then they will give you a demonstration on the piece you will be making. Next, you will have the opportunity to gather molten glass from a 2100-degree furnace. You will get to choose your colors and sculpt molten glass into a beautiful and unique creation of your own. Your creation will have to cool down slowly overnight and will be available to pick up a couple of days later. The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with CLOSED TOED SHOES. If you wear sandals or high heels we have the right to send you home with NO REFUND. No synthetic clothing. If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio. You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.When it starts to get warmer outside (92 degrees or higher) it will be 102 degrees or higher in the hot glass studio. For the safety of our instructors and students the class may be postponed for these reasons. All participants who experience their class being postponed or rescheduled will have the opportunity to reschedule their class with no rescheduling fee or have the option to obtain credit to take another class here at GRT Hot Glass Studio. Cancellation and Refund PoliciesHere at GRT Hot Glass Studios we value you and your business and want to create an environment that is safe and conducive to learning, while having an enjoyable time.
