‘Portal’
A Solo Exhibition by Sabrina Shumaker
'Portal' by Sabrina Shumaker explores folklore, memory, and imagination through paintings that act as gateways into fantastical realms. Drawing from her Panamanian heritage, Shumaker reinterprets myths including ghosts, spirits, and legendary figures, through contemporary narratives. Working from personal photographs taken in natural environments, she creates oil paintings that center the human figure within dreamlike settings, blurring reality and fable. Influenced by personal experience and found imagery, each work invites viewers into richly imagined worlds shaped by storytelling and transformation.

‘Lucky You!’
A Solo Exhibition by Tiny Kaiju
'Lucky You!' is the culmination of Tiny Kaiju's lifelong fascination with cartoons, symbolic imagery, and Japanese culture. Drawing inspiration from her travels through Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, the work explores themes of luck, superstition, and personal mythology. Each piece weaves together nostalgic references, cultural motifs, and intimate talismans, resulting in a vibrant and visually rich body of work that feels playful and positive.
