- Learn to build, mix, muddle, stir and shake 4 craft cocktails- all botanical, fresh ingredients and garden themed. All cocktails are made with Accompani, our line of liqueurs, amaro, and vermouth.
- Learn different muddling techniques and varied skills for working with fresh ingredients
- Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
- Hear a little cocktail history on each style of libation we craft
- Learn the proper glassware and techniques and supplies to garnish your lovely libation
