STEM YES! 2026 Summer Program | Session 1: Science/Healthcare

DirectEmployers Institute’s (DEI) Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Youth Enhancement Summer Program (STEM YES!) is a dynamic, one-session summer experience designed for Central Indiana students in grades 7–12 who are interested in exploring STEM and business careers in a real-world, work-based environment.

Each one-week session is intentionally structured to help students build essential competencies in teamwork, business planning, presentation skills, social etiquette, and college preparation. Through hands-on learning, employer engagement, and career exploration, students gain meaningful exposure to STEM pathways while developing confidence in their future goals.

STEM YES! aligns with Indiana’s updated Graduation Pathways requirements, providing students with experiences that support:
