Join us at GRT Hot Glass Studios for a fun and hands-on experience! In this event, you'll have the opportunity to create your very own sculpted glass heart. Our expert glass artists will guide you through the process, teaching you the techniques and tricks to shape the molten glass into a beautiful heart that you can keep as a memento or gift to a loved one.
No prior experience is necessary, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, everyone is welcome to participate. This in-person event will take place at our GRT Hot Glass Studios, where you'll have access to all the necessary tools and materials. Get ready to unleash your creativity and leave with a unique glass creation that you can cherish forever!

In this workshop our instructor will guide you through studio basics and safety instruction, then they will give you a demonstration on the piece you will be making. Next, you will have the opportunity to gather molten glass from a 2100-degree furnace. You will get to choose your colors and sculpt molten glass into a beautiful and unique creation of your own. Your creation will have to cool down slowly overnight and will be available to pick up a couple of days later. The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with CLOSED TOED SHOES. If you wear sandals or high heels we have the right to send you home with NO REFUND. No synthetic clothing. If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio. You must be 10 years of age or older to participate. Cancellation and Refund PoliciesHere at GRT Hot Glass Studios we value you and your business and want to create an environment that is safe and conducive to learning, while having an enjoyable time. We acknowledge that life events out of your control will happen, so if one should arise, please notify us at your earliest opportunity.The following are the policies regarding cancelling or rescheduling a reservation:If You Have Booked Class Time Through Eventbrite or the Studio:<ul><li><ul><li><ul><li>100% Refund with 7 or more days notice</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li><ul><li>0% refunded with 6 or fewer days notice.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>For Rescheduling or Cancellations:<ul><li><ul><li><ul><li>4 or more days prior notice: No Fee</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li><ul><li>2-3 days prior notice: $25.00 fee</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li><ul><li>Same day notice: $50.00 fee</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>GRT reserves the right to retain the fee for your lesson if you choose to cancel or reschedule your lesson, if you do not show, or if you do not provide notice before your lesson.*ALL REFUNDS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE HOT SHOP MANAGER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE POLICIES AND EXCEPTIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED*If there is another Eventbrite workshop that is added that you would like to transfer into, please contact us. Do NOT purchase an additional ticket, then request a refund. It is much easier for us to move your ticket to a different event. If you end up purchasing another ticket so you can switch workshop dates, we will require you to pay the refund processing fee.*Please note that the class is subject to cancellation if we do not meet the minimum participation number of 4 people. If this is the case, we will contact you about class enrollment via the email you use to sign up, so please be sure to check your email prior to your lesson. If you sign up for a class that does not meet minimum enrollment, we will reach out to you about rescheduling your lesson.
