This Earth Day, join us for an interactive session with journaling expert and founder of AllSwell Creative, Laura L. Rubin. The evening will celebrate the launch of her book The Big Unlock: Liberate Your Creativity Through Mindful Journaling. The event will be cohosted by journalist Flora Tsapovsky who will lead a Q&A with the author.

Rubin will help us explore her science-backed approach to get the most out of a pen to paper practice, how to use mindful writing as a tool for navigating eco-anxiety, and why invoking our creativity is a critical ingredient of becoming an advocate for our planet.

Laura L. Rubin is the founder of AllSwell Creative, a mindful writing company devoted to cultivating self-awareness and creativity through journaling.
