Gabey Lucas is a Seattle comedian who’s been called “a f&%^ing great writer” (Patrick Borelli, The Tonight Show) and “witty yet strangely informative” (some internet commenter).
Formerly a humor columnist for The Ubyssey in Vancouver and now a semi-retired SB Nation writer, Gabey has performed everywhere from New Zealand to New Orleans to North Macedonia, including appearances at Hell Yes Fest, Rip City Comedy Festival, the Ohrid Summer Comedy Marathon, and the Edinburgh Fringe.
Her 2024 Edinburgh Fringe show A Berkshire Boar Walks Into a Bar was described by Wee Review Scotland as “a delightfully odd slice of dumb history with equally absurd gags,” with comedian and Nirvana biographer Marc Burrows adding: “Highly watchable, absurd… comic storytelling with some absolute pearls.
