Build From Within is a men's strength and wellness experience designed to create space for reflection, discipline, and intentional growth.

Led by Laura Joseph, this experience also features a trainer-led workout by Malik Branch, with professional event coverage by Brandon Cannon.

This is more than just a workout.

It's a space where men can pause, reset, and focus on both their physical strength and internal foundation- surrounded by community.

We'll begin with a guided group conversation centered around identity, discipline, and self-awareness, followed by a trainer-led workout, and close out with a reset moment and refreshments.
