See José Andrés in conversation about his new cookbook! Food, stories & inspiration await!

Join us on June 12 at 7pm at First United Baptist Church in downtown Austin for an unforgettable evening with José Andrés, in conversation about his newest book, Spain My Way.

Spain My Way is a lively collection of José Andrés’ most beloved recipes from his home country, along with the people, places, and stories behind them. With chapters on tapas, stews, rice, seafood, and more, the book, written with Sam Chapple-Sokol, is both a practical guide for home cooks and a celebration of how Spaniards cook and eat, told by one of the country’s most passionate ambassadors.

José Andrés is a Michelin-starred chef, Emmy Award–winning TV host and producer, and New York Times bestselling author of Change the Recipe, Zaytinya, Vegetables Unleashed, and The World Central Kitchen Cookbook. A pioneer of Spanish tapas in America and a celebrated ambassador of Spanish cooking, his renowned José Andrés Group operates more than forty restaurants across the United States and beyond. Andrés is also the founder of World Central Kitchen and has been honored as Outstanding Chef and Humanitarian of the Year by the James Beard Foundation. He has twice been named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People and has received both the Presidential Medal of Freedom and Spain’s Princess of Asturias Foundation’s Concordia Prize for his humanitarian work.
