Join us for an exceptional evening of history, conversation, and film as the United Irish Cultural Center and the Irish Consulate welcome Dr. Jane Ohlmeyer, Erasmus Smith’s Professor of Modern History at Trinity College Dublin, as a special guest.

Before the screening, Dr. Ohlmeyer will take part in an exclusive pre-screening conversation exploring the deep historical themes, global connections, and enduring legacy of the Irish people—providing rich context for the film that follows. This intimate discussion offers audiences a rare opportunity to engage with one of Ireland’s leading historians and gain fresh insight into the story behind the story.
