A small revolt against the sensible evening.In the spirit of the Cucina Futurista, this gathering treats wine as material — to be sung through, interrupted, and reimagined. Expect velocity. Expect contrast. Expect the occasional abandonment of logic.The Futurists proposed that dining should excite, confuse, and animate. Your Singing Sommelier will not explain the wines so much as activate them: a glass becomes a cue, a flavour becomes a note, a note becomes a scene. There may be melody. There may be contradiction. There will be wine, but it will not sit quietly.Across the evening, you’ll be guided through five carefully selected wines, each chosen for its character and potential to provoke a response — not just on the palate, but in the room.Food pairings arrive as gestures — fleeting, curious, sometimes tactile.Presented by Ballads From The Settee, this is part tasting, part performance.Places are limited for the experience depends on it.Come ready to enjoy and participate.
