Learn to make delicious bagels at home, we will cover various flavors, make dough from scratch and bake bagels in class for you to take home
Join us for a 2.5-hour hands-on workshop in our private kitchen. During this hands-on class we will guide you through every step of the bagel-making process, from mixing the dough to shaping, boiling, and baking. You’ll discover a variety of flavor options that you can experiment with later on your own. Throughout the class, we will create a yeast-based dough and discuss using sourdough as an alternative for bagel-making. By the end of the session, you will take home our recipe along with freshly baked bagels to share with your family. This class is hosted by BROTworkshop and taught by Ben Branyan (@branyanben), a passionate bread baker and bagel enthusiast.
