In this guided tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to explore four exemplary Italian cheeses and perfectly paired wines, including crisp whites and bold reds. You’ll get a primer on the rich world of Italian cheese and wine, all made in deliciously diverse regions, and leave with a better understanding how to pair them for true Italian bliss. Duration: 1.5 hours Format: guided tasting with a Murray’s expert in our classroom Includes: 4 Italian cheeses, signature accompaniments Beverages: 4 Italian wines Additional InformationIn-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store.
