Dive into breakout groups with peers.

Connect, share and learn with peer arts nonprofit leaders in brekaout groups at this June meetup. Breakout groups are informal, self-directed, discussion-based gatherings of about 5-15 people. They could be focused on a specific topic or based on a common experience. They are flexible and open to all.

10:00 - Arrival + networking with light refreshments

10:30 - Welcome remarks and updates

10:45 - Breakout Groups

• Small performing arts organization collaborations
• Relationships with funders and collaborating for funding requests
• Arts experiences at large city events
• Using Indy Arts Council's sectorwide marketing resources

11:20 - Closing remarks

Parking: Lots of free parking is available in surface lots and a parking garage across the street from the venue.

Our 2026 meetups will take place 10-11:30 a.m. at various arts venues around the region. Each meeting will have time built in for networking, Indy Arts Council updates, and either a guest speaker or breakout sessions. View the full schedule here.
