This National Fitness Day, we’re showing up in a big way, and inviting you to do the same. On May 2, CRISP & GREEN is bringing our Wellness Series to communities across the country for a high-energy celebration of movement, connection, and feel

Celebrate National Fitness Day with a FREE elevated group workout experience in partnership with FIT AS FIRE—where revolutionary fitness meets community connection. Join us for a dynamic, instructor-led session designed to challenge, motivate, and bring people together through movement. FIT AS FIRE's professionally certified pilates trainer will take you through a high intensity, low impact 45 minute workout leaving you feeling inspired. Finish off the workout with a dip in the cold plunge to start your post workout recovery! This is more than just a workout—it’s an opportunity to connect with your community, push your limits, and experience the energy of working out together. What to Expect: • A 45-minute, instructor led mat Pilates class • High-energy environment with guided instruction • Functional movements that tranform you both physically and mentally • Post-workout connection time with the CRISP &amp; GREEN community and other wellness vendors such as Hotworx, Semper Laser, Sweathouz, and LinkedbySisters. • Light bites, refreshments and giveaways to refuel and reset What to Bring: • Water • Comfortable workout attire• Yoga Mat • A positive mindset and readiness to move Come move with us, celebrate National Fitness Day, and experience what happens when community and fitness come together.
