Join Greenhill Financial Partners for a workshop on business planning, professional support, and protecting your time.

Building and maintaining a business is a labor of love, but it demands time and energy across many areas—some of which aren’t as enjoyable or may get overlooked. The most successful business owners focus on their passions and strengths, while relying on other professionals—attorneys, CPAs, electricians, mechanics, and financial advisors—for the rest. This approach not only frees up time for what matters most, but also creates a network of support that strengthens our businesses and communities.

Key Content Areas

  • Cash Flow & Budgeting:
Tools and tips for staying on track, when to call in a pro. Talk about how they utilize cash, blood of the business. It is vital to have it working for you at all times. What are some options to do that?
  • Risk Management:
Insurance and continuity—what to handle yourself, when to lean on specialists
  • Retirement & Succession:
Big-picture planning, with referrals out for details

This program is free to the public, but RSVPs are required. Food will be provided.

Support for this series is provided by the Vermont Small Business Development Center and Chamber and Economic Development of the Rutland Region.
