Monday Paella Pop-Up at a/stir

Nothing but paella (OK, also side salad and Basque cheesecake) on Monday, April 20th. Smoked chicken, mussels shrimp and chorizo. Yummm!

You know us (or maybe you don't). We are obssessed with Northern Mediterranean cuisine. What is more quintessential than Paella when it comes to Northern Mediterranean? (Well, a few other dishes but paella is certainly one of them). So, join us for a very limited pop-up for a seafood paella pop-up at a/stir. The ONLY option for dinner is, you guessed it, paella. What is in it? This one will feature smoked chicken thighs, mussels, shrimp and chorizo (no, we won't forget the saffron, onion and the bell peppers). No vegan or vegetarian options this time around.

What else comes with it? A glass of Spanish wine - white or red, your choice.

Anything else? Well, if you so choose, you will be able to order a side salad and a basque cheesecake as dessert (neither are included in price, and both in very limited quantities).

Seatings at 6pm, 7pm or 8pm. Choose carefully. :-)

Price? $50/person, inclusive of taxes and gratuity. Includes a generous portion of paella and a 5 oz glass of delicious Spanish wine. Salad and Basque cheesecake optionally available at the restaurant at time of dinner.
